LGC Foundation exists to close that gap for current and future finance and accounting professionals across South Africa, from the first time a high schooler hears the words "Chartered Accountant" to the day they lead their own team.

We believe education is the bridge to real socio-economic transformation. That means removing the barriers of background, geography and opportunity that have nothing to do with ability, and everything to do with access, and building pathways where talent can actually thrive.

Since our 2024 launch, LGC Foundation has reached over 1000 students and professionals through national roadshows, digital platforms, mentorship, and flagship programmes like Bridge the Gap.

LGC Foundation is a registered South African Non-Profit Company (NPC) and a 100% Black-owned, Level 1 B-BBEE contributor.

I come from a place where dreams often felt like distant stars, Kanana, a small township with big ambitions. I was fortunate to access information that ignited a spark within me, a spark that grew into a journey of perseverance and ultimately led me to qualify as a Chartered Accountant.

This path, filled with both challenges and triumphs, shaped me into who I am today. Along the way, I realised that many young professionals, just as I once was, are held back not by their talent, but by a lack of guidance and resources. That realisation is where our story begins.

At Learning, Growth and Contribution (LGC), we are more than just a business. We are a bridge, connecting aspiring professionals to their full potential. We believe that every individual, regardless of background, deserves the opportunity to shine.

Our mission is clear; to empower young professionals by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive in their careers and create lasting impact.
